• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 10am, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.

  The price is per room.

  Yes, our buffet breakfast is included in the price.

  Yes, it is.

  We speak English and Italian, of course!
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors and no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our B&B is situated in a quiet lane and our rooms are very romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.

  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not. Our guests can use our telephone upon request.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is seasonal and there is no extra cost.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, you can dine all together in our breakfast room.

  No, we do not but upon request our guests can use our laptop.

  No, you have to park your car in Piazzale Roma.
