• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 12.30pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is not provided.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, the payment is when you arrive at the apartment.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, French, Spanish and a bit German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  All the apartments are set on the ground floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, they are situated in the centre on Venice in quiet places.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The apartments in S. Croce have a small garden outside.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All our apartments are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  In the apartments there is satellite television, only in S. Polo we do not have international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning and it is included in the price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  All apartments have dining rooms.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not, but there is an Internet point near the aparmtents.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  You have to park at Piazzale Roma.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at Piazzale Roma.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Marco Polo airport or S. Giuseppe airport in Treviso.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not, but we can reserve for you the water taxi, only from the Marco Polo airport.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is S. Lucia station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  It is situated next to the train station and also at S. Tomà Square.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The nearest Vaporetto stop are Riva de Biasio, number 1, and S. Tomà, number 1 or number 82.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  It is situated next to the train station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  We accept only small pets in the apartments in Santa Croce.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
