The apartment staff was supposed to pick us up at 4.30pm but did not see anyone when we arrived. Had to call them up and waited for 15 minutes. Anyway the staff gave us good directions on the nearby eateries and supermarkets.

Was surprised we have to clear the rubbish before we left though it was indicated final cleaning was already included in the charges

As it was an apartment there was no staff to prepare for check out. We just left the keys in the apartment before we left.

The arrival was a bit difficult, as we found the bus full, so got there very late, but that was not the fault of the people. We were very happy with the apartment, although small, it was adequate for our needs, and it was very good being in the centre of Venice, and able to fetch breakfast from round the corner. We had a very enjoyable stay. Thank you.

We did not have directions to the apartment(
we couldn't have found it if we did) so we
wandered the streets of Venice awhile lost
and phone-less. The hostess was running late
and didn't meet us on time so we ventured on
our own lost and tired. We later found a
phone and she came promptly and rescued us.
She was very nice and very helpful about
what to do and how to get around.

Overall good experience. The room was very
cozy and very Italian. I loved it.

checked in and left us the keys. The rest of
the stay was carefree.

The place was a very good example of how
people actually live in Venice. Just outside
of our courtyard were lines of laundry
hanging down the streets and little old
italian women sweeping the cobblestones in
the morning. It was in a cute little
neighborhood and was close to the water-bus
stop. You can walk everywhere from the apt.
only if you have a good pair of walking
shoes and a MAP!!! Within the square was a
place for breakfast, a super-cool mask shop,
and a really beautiful church. It was truly
a great nest for an unforgettable time.

Our arrival went fairly smoothly. We arrived by train and we called the woman and she met us near the train station. We probably waited for 15 minutes, but it was fine.

This apartment was about as cheap as it comes for Venice and you get what you pay for.

The apartment was okay. It was small and quiet, but the bathroom was disgusting. There was black mold in between the tiles and there was mold on the wall. It looked like someone had attempted to clean it and it hadn't worked. If it hadn't been for the bathroom and the kitchen it would have been okay. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean, but the mold was horrible.

We knew it was a cheap apartment for Venice, so we didn't expect much just a clean place to come home to sleep, but it wasn't clean. It's hard to describe. The bed had fresh linens and there were fresh clean towels, but there was just a dirtiness to the kitchen and the bathroom. The apartment was a small building, it looked like probably it had once been a garden cottage that was converted into an apartment rental. When you walked into the apartment it had a strange smell, an unpleasant mustiness. The small dining area and the bedroom area were as pictured and the bed was comfortable, but the bathroom was disgusting. It was old and out-dated and full of mold. I would not recommend this place unless you absolutely can not afford anything else and really need to stay in Venice. It was a fairly good location, not too far from the train station so it was always easy to find our way back if we were walking around some of Venice's confusing streets, but the smell and the bathroom were a BIG problem. I definitely would not stay there again.

The location was very(!) hard to find!
Only with the help from a man in an icecream-
shop, we got in contact with the woman who
opened the appartment for us.
