  35 minutes by boat for Santa Lucia station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  St. Mark, 12 minutes from Hotel by boat.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  Hotel Riviera is located just in front the vaporetto stop.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  Water taxi station 20 meters from Riviera hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Pets are very welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, only for groups starting from 15 persons, set menus.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
