• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Rates are room, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, French, German, Spanish and Portuguese.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 6 floors with a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms have a balcony with a wonderful canal view.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes. Rooms are equipped with SAT TV free of charge.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is. It is free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  The parking is in Piazzale Roma or in Tronchetto, where all cars stop and park.
• Where can we rent a car?
  On request we can order a car for you or you can rent it by yourself at Piazzale Roma.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Marco Polo airport in Venice.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Lucia railway station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The nearest Gondula Station is situated in front of our property.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  San Marco.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  100 meters far from us.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only small size pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, we have 3 restaurants:
  Ristobar San Marco (fast-food, pizza).
  Cafè Restaurant Eden in San Marco Square.
  Restaurant "La Colomba" with international and local cuisine.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
