• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  4 floors, yes there is an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  8 bedrooms have a balcony.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?

• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Our hotel is completely NO-SMOKING: rooms and either the common areas like the hall, bar and restaurant.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All our rooms has seasonal air-conditioning free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Piazzale Roma.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Marco Polo Venice Airport is at 1 hour by boat, or 30 minutes by watertaxi.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Lucia Venice train station is at 45 minutes by boat from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  St. Mark square, 15 minutes away.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  "Lido", At 5 minutes walking distance.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  In front of the hotel from our private pier or at 5 minutes walking distance, "Lido".
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There is no fitness center in the Property.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes you can.
