• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The rate includes continental buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Guests can settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  The staff in Hotel has very wide experience in hotel business and speaks English, German, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The Hotel has two rooms on the ground floor and then four main floors and three middle floors. There is an elevator that can reach the main floors; middle floors are reachable only by stairs.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms at the Ruzzini Palace are private and romantic. Some of them are facing the small side canal where you can watch gondolas passing by and the others are overlooking a typical venetian square, that cannot be quiet but incredibly amazing.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The only room with a balcony is the Canal Side Suite, but all other rooms have windows on the canal side, overlooking the city or with views to the square of Santa Maria Formosa.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  At the Ruzzini Palace you have the opportunity to stay in our Canal Side Suite (50sqm) in typical Renaissance decor, original Murano chandelier and a balcony overlooking the side canal.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  The Ruzzini Palace Hotel is a non smoking Hotel which means that all common areas and bedrooms are only non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the 28 rooms at the Ruzzini Palace have LCD Tv with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All the 28 rooms have telephone with direct dailling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All the rooms at the Ruzzini Palace have air conditioning and there is no extra charge for that.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.
  Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.
  There is a internet point in the Hotel lobby that has a cost.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is not a swimming pool at the Ruzzini palace but there is public swimming pool in Venice which can be used.
• Is parking or garage available?
  If clients arrive by car, they can park it in Piazzale Roma, the car terminal, where they can choose between two parking garage. From there they can then reach the Hotel by private water taxi or by public transportations. Our Concierge will be at their disposal to help them with parking reservations when it is possible.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Our Concierge will be glad to help them to rent a car that they will then find at the car terminal in Piazzale Roma.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Marco Polo which is in mainland at approx. 10 km from Venice city centre.
  It is also quite near to Treviso airport which is 35 km from Venice.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Like most of the Hotels in town, the Ruzzini Palace do not provide a shuttle service from or to the airport but our Concierge can arrange private transfers with or without Assistant.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The Venice railway Station is "Santa Lucia" and right outside of it clients will find private or public transportations to get to the Hotel
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The nearest Gondola Station is situated at less than 1 minute walking from the Ruzzini Palace even if the service is not daily bu in case at 10 minutes from our Hotel it will be possible to have a gondola ride.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  If clients arrive from Piazzale Roma, Tronchetto or the Train Station they can take line number one to the Rialto stop, which is at about 15 minutes from the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  If clients decide to take a private watertaxi to the Hotel, it will take them straight to the Hotel as we have a private direct access to the canal.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  All our rooms on the top floor, featuring modern design, have a Jacuzzi.
  In the property there is not a fitness center but guests can find one just a short walk from the hotel.
• Are pets welcome?
  Pets are not allowed in the Hotel.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There is not a restaurant at the Hotel but our Concierge will be at your full disposal in order to give you suggestions and help you with reservations. Very close to the Hotel clients will find a wide choice of good restaurants.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge and clients will be able to connect their own computer.
