From Piazzale Roma ( the bus Terminal) or the train station Santa Lucia: you can take waterbus number 1 that through the Grand Canal will take you to Rialto, which is the stop where you will get off.
From the waterbus station: it is a 10 minute walk. The Hotel is situated in Campo Santa Maria Formosa and will be very easy to get directions to it. Anyway, when you get off, walk to your left in Riva del Carbon, cross a little bridge and then turn to the right in Calle Larga Mazzini. At the end of the Calle, walk to the left through the square with the statue of Carlo Goldoni and take the porch to your right: this is Calle della Bissa. From here, walk straight in front of you, cross the bridge and continue in Salizzada San Lio After about 100 meters, turn to the left in Calle del Mondo Novo, cross the bridge, walk in front of you and will find yourself in Campo Santa Maria Formosa. The Ruzzini Palace Hotel will be on your left.
From the airport: you can take the waterbus Alilaguna that leaves from the small pier, 100 meters from the Terminal and reach Venice in approx. one Hour. You can take the Orange Line to get off at Rialto or the Blu Line and then get off at San Zaccaria. From Rialto Station walk to Calle Larga Mazzini. At the end of the Calle, walk to the left through the square with the statue of Carlo Goldoni and take the porch to your right: this is Calle della Bissa. From here, walk straight in front of you, cross the bridge and continue in Salizzada San Lio After about 100 meters, turn to the left in Calle del Mondo Novo, cross the bridge, walk in front of you and will find yourself in Campo Santa Maria Formosa. The Ruzzini Palace Hotel will be on your left. If you get off at San Zaccaria, follow Calle delle Rasse, which will be on your left by the Hotel Danieli. When you come to Salizada di San Provolo, turn left towards Campo S.S. Filippo e Giacomo. Continue in Calle di Rio della Chiesa on your right and after crossing the bridge, take Calle Castagna. After a short distance, you will come to Ruga Giuffa: immediately turn left, cross the bridge and you will find yourself in Campo Santa Maria Formosa. The Ruzzini Palace Hotel will be in front of you.
From Marco Polo you can also reach Venice by bus. Take the ATVO Blu Bus that will reach Piazzale Roma. Take waterbus number 1 that through the Grand Canal will take you to Rialto, which is the stop where you will get off.
