• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The daily price is per accommodation.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, the breakfast is not included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  At the reception we speak Italian, English, French, Creolo.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  In the building there is one floor without elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, only on request available a big room with a tipical view on the San Lio Square.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is Tv color without International channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a phone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning without extra-charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do, but it is available on request.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, you can park your car in Piazzale Roma.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Piazzale Roma or in Venice Marco Polo Airport. We can provide to book for you.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Venice Marco Polo Airport, about 30 minutes from us.
  
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not have the shuttle service, but we fetch our guests from the boat stop of San Silvestro to our property.

  The nearest railway station is Venice Santa Lucia.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The nearest Gondola Station is Rialto Gondola Station. It is the most important in Venice and it is 100 meters away from the property.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The nearest Vaporetto station is RIALTO and it is 100 meters away from the property.
  
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  The nearest Water Taxi station is next to Railto stop.
  If you'll reach us by Water Taxi ask to get of to San Lio Square(5 meters).
  
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
