The Residence is located on the first floor of a 16th century Palace that has been carefully renovated maintaining the original Venetian charm. The house is entirely non smoking and doesn't have a lift. |
 Guests will enjoy breakfast daily in the lovely breakfast room with a Venetian charming style.The friendly personnel will assist you any time with all your requests, providing your different services such as tourist information, fax, safe deposit box, city transfers or restaurant reservations. We have a convention with a public parking where there is a discount for our guests. Guests could enjoy a free visit to a Murano glass factory and to the Casino. |
| The Residenza San Maurizio is located in the old part of the city, near the famous St. Marks Square and the Arsenale, in a tranquil area. Close to the property you will find many important attractions of the city including S. John and Paul Church, Rialto bridge, the Biennale garden with its contemporary Art Museum, the Querini Stampalia Museum, Fenice Theatre, and the old Basilica S. Pietro. Around the area you will also find many restaurants, trattorias, bars and cafés, as well as some shops and groceries. From the train station you will be able to take the water bus to the lovely islands of Venice, like Murano, Burano and Torcello. |
