- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 4pm until 6pm, Check Out before 9am. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
Price is per apartment per week. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
No. - Is heating included in the price?
Yes and also air conditioning. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
No, the balance has to be paid at least 30 days before arrival. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
Loredan: 2 floors, no elevator
Grimani: ground floor. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Bathroom towels, bed-sheets, pillow cases and blankets are provided by us. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
There is a beautiful garden outside the Grimani apartment with a table, garden lights and chairs for eating alfresco. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
Just the garden. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes, the apartments are non smoking. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
Yes, there is satellite TV. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Seasonal air conditioning is in all rooms. No extra charge. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?

No, the parking is in Piazzale Roma or in Tronchetto, where you can leave your car. - Where can we rent a car?
At Venice Airport or at the main car park terminal (Piazzale Roma). - Which is the nearest airport?
7 km from the apartments. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
Yes. - Which is the nearest railway station?
The railway station of Santa Lucia is the 4th stop reachable by vaporetto from San Stae. - Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
San Toma', 5 minutes away. - Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
San Stae, on the Grand Canal, within two minutes walk from the apartment. - Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
San Stae. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
