• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 11.30am, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental buffet-breakfast is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Usually the bill is settled on departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, French, Deutch, Japanese, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 5 floor and there are 2 elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Some rooms are quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Only few rooms have a loggia.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only few rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Some of the rooms are non-smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Rooms have satellite television.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  In the rooms there is a telephone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Our rooms have air-conditioning. No extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We do not have at the moment an internet point but in the booking office it is possible to have a look for few minutes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No swimmimng-pool in the Hotel.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking and garage are available in Piazzale Roma.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the airport or in Piazzale Roma.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Marco Polo (Venice).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Only for groups.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Lucia is the nearest railway station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The nearest Gondola service is in S. Marco Square.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The nearest Vaporetto stop is Arsenale or San Zaccaria.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  Water boats service arrive directly in front of our Hotel
  once called.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only small pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  At the moment not yet.
