Nicola was there at the door to greet us and carried our bags to the room I had requested. He could not have been more gracious. We were pleasantly surprised with the location and cleanliness and service at this hotel.

The staff went out of their way to help us with directions, securing dinner reservations and catering to our every need. We loved it!

They even called a water taxi for us to go back to the airport. We felt really good about everyone there.

Great location. Clean. Efficient. Friendly. Good sense of humour. As I stated before, we loved it and will stay there again. We will (and already have) recommend it to our friends.

The only disappointing thing really was the breakfast. We would have preferred to have paid a little less and supplied our own as what was supplied was not very exciting and very small for a family of 5. The photo of the living area made it appear a lot larger than the reality but it was adequate, if not spacious.

We just barely arrived when the lobby door was opened and we were greeted in English and helped personally with the luggage and kids.

The rooms of the apartment were beautiful. My sister-in-law was thrilled with the sparkling white bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed. The view was sweet. We got a motorboat ride to Murano which we all enjoyed. The location was convenient. Our host mailed a package for me. The children couldn't get over how fancy our room was, and they will forever love Venice because we were so comfortable and so kindly looked after. Even the shopkeepers and customers in the neighborhood were warm and welcoming to us!

A beautiful apartment with a Murano chandelier, two bedrooms, a spotless new bathroom, a complete kitchen, and more comfortable and affordable than a hotel--in fact, for our budget we felt like we were in a very luxurious place. Central but quiet.

The apartment was very clean and nicely furnished. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. It was expensive, but I enjoyed it.
