The apartment was exactly as stated. for four it was ok for 6 the seating would have been very stretched as the sofa in the sitting room was the third bedroom

As we arrived early evening with no opportunity to find a supermarket, it would have been appreciated if we had been offered the opportunity to order some groceries for our breakfast rather than having to go out on our first morning to find a supermarket for breakfast. The receptionist did not know where the local supermarket was which would have been useful!!

We waitied for the keys handover for an extra 15 minutes then left. We passed the receptionist at the vaporetto stop

The attic space is attractive but fundamentally useless other than as a corridor to the roof terrace.

The apartment was comfortable, and well situated close to vaporetto 1 the main line for the whole of Venice. Would definitely come back to Venice. Easter Holidays was perfect though still very busy.

No problems. I was a bit worried before hqnd as the meeting arrangements were only made a few days before travel.

THe sofa bed was not suitable for 2 adults - it was VERY uncomfortable. The flat should only be advertiseed as suitable for 4 adults and 2 children. Or, buy a new COMFORTABLE sofa bed!

No-one came so we just left the keys and locked up on our way out. We were expecting someone so it was annoying to be waiting only to find no-one arrived. We could have left earlier.

Washing machine was advertised but not provided in the apartment. This was very frustrating as we had to find a laundry at significant expense.

Excellent location. Very quiet at night yet near to good places to eat.Well furnished and clean.Comfortable beds.

We left the appartment before 10am so nobody was there for the check out.
