Only one thing: we wanted stay form 2-4 of June, but the apartment had to be booked 3 days at minimum. So we had to pay 3 days instead of 2 days we satayed there.

I will recommend the apartment because quality/price is OK. And like web says is near San Marco's square.

It was very easy to correspond with the management company that runs this apartment both by email and telephone. Monica met us at the water taxi as agreed. She even helped port some luggage for the seniors in the group. Monica also gave us nice tips about the area before departing.

A++++++ Highly recommended as the perfect combination of amenities and price. These were the best accomodations we had in all of Italy. Better than advertised. Very central location in Venice, PERFECT apartment for 4 people. Extremely clean, well ventilated, safe area, large, kitchen, well stocked with towels, TP, kitchen utensils, etc. Washer worked great.

We LOVED the apartment, the location is fabulous, so close to San Marco Square. We learned that Marco Polo is buried in the building right next door!! Thank you, it was absolutely perfect and I'll recommend to others!
