They should include the free boat to Murano to watch the glass blowing.

This hotel reminded me of a palace that was converted into a hotel. The room was clean and spacious and the staff was friendly and helpful. I was very happy with our choice to stay at the Hotel San Moise.

This hotel is wonderful. Excellent location close to San Marcos square. The canal view rooms that overlook the canal are the best. Wonderful breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff.

Luca provided very courteous service. He spoke excellent English and was very helpful on many details regarding our stay in Venice. The hotel was a very comfortable, and had a nice decor and a lovely courtyard and breakfast room. The breakfast was excellent with many choices. We only walked a short distance from the water stop and we used that stop to get to the airport. Luca and other staff members were very friendly and helpful. We definetly would stay there again and highly recommend this facility.

The rooms were not ready until 1.30 as stated on this website. There was a place to put our luggage and toilet facilities available when we arrived. Check in time is quite late though.

The staff at the reception desk were extremely helpful and pleasant. We asked for a recommendation for dinner and the restaurant recommended was excellent. They also provided suggestions as to where to go before and after the restaurant all of which were really good.
The only thing I was disappointed in was that we requested a triple room, which was provided, but one of the beds was a fold up/ camp bed which was not indicated when I made the booking. I think this should have been made clear.

It was not clear that breakfast was included in the price. The breakfast provided was very good.

I would definitely recommend staying in the Hotel mainly because of its location. It is very near St Marks Square and good shopping areas but because it is down a side street it is very quiet. I would tell them though that the rooms are small but I think this is standard in Venice.
