• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 9am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes it is possible.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Located on three floors, the hotel has a convenient elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, direct telephone line.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air-conditioning is available between April and September, and can be individually controlled. No extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we don't have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No. You can park at Piazzale Roma (Bus terminal and parking lot).
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Venice Airport or at Piazzale Roma.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Half an hour by water taxi, 1 hour by public transport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Lucia.15 minutes by public boat.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  St. Mark's Square. It's five minute walking.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
