• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 3pm until 7pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment and per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, the breakfast is not included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, you must pay the balance 2-3 days before your arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  In the building of the Apartment Sant'Angelo there is only one floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The apartment Sant'Angelo do not have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The rooms do not have balcony.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, in Apartment Sant'Angelo there is a TV, but there are not the international channels.

  The Apartment Sant'Angelo is located 20 minutes walking from Swimming Pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  The Apartment Sant'Angelo is situated at 15 minutes by public motorboat from the parkings in Piazzale Roma.
• Where can we rent a car?
  The Apartment Sant'Angelo is situated at 15 minutes by public motorboat from the parkings in Piazzale Roma.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The apartment San Bartolomeo is situated at 35 minutes by public transport from the Internation Venice Marco Polo airport and at 60 minutes by public transport from the International San Giuseppe Treviso airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  The Apartment Sant'Angelo does not offer a shuttle service from the airport but it is really very easy and cheap to go from the Venice Marco Polo airport or from the Treviso San Giuseppe airport to the apartment.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The Venice railway station Santa Lucia is situated at 10 minute by public waterbus from the Apartment Sant'Angelo.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The nearest Gondula Station is situated at less than 2 minute walking from the Apartment Sant'Angelo.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The nearest Vaporetto Station is situated at 2 minute walking from the apartment Sant'Angelo.

  In the property there is not a fitness center but guests can find one just a short walk from the apartment.
• Are pets welcome?

  No, but the apartment has a equipped kitchen and all around there are many restaurants and bars.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
