The property was clean and spacious mostly. However, we feel that some refurbishment is required. for ex: New linen, crockery and cutlery. There were insufficient glasses, which we pointed out to the receptionist on arrival but this was not addressed. We had to purchase bath mats to prevent floods in the bathrooms. The sofa in the living room was very stained. The utility room with the washing machine was unusable as was packed with unwanted items and very strong smell of damp.

The company were very polite and considerate and allowed us a late check out with no fuss and no extra cost.

Bring your own hairdryer. If you are arriving late in the evening, which we did, ensure you have some food and drink with you as everywhere closes at 11 p.m. Also, bring mosquito spray as we all got bitten in the apartment.

Great location. Lovely and quiet. Old fashioned. Needs updating. Very close to nice bread shops/ supermarket/ fruit/veg shops, which is very convenient for making breakfast. Some very good local restaurants such as Da Remigio and Al Scalinetti.

I did report the lights not working in lounge, was told they would be fixed but no one came. Also were not enough knives in kitchen.

Light not working in lounge, did report but no one came to replace. Could also do with a bit more cutlery.
Found 2 broken TVs in a cupboard. One or two broken bits of furniture in the bedrooms.
Locationwise was excellent but apartment really could do with a bit of decoration and update.

We liked the apartment as it was very comfortable. However, we did not get the 2 cribs we requested nor the air condition worked. Everything else was as expected. It is very important that you have the telephone numbers printed in the websites in case of emergency. We got locked out of the apartment and were unable to get the telefone in the website to call the offices in Venice. Thank you very much for everything. Best Regards. Carla Curbelo

The television did not work. It is important that the apartment has a telefone for local calls. We had to go to the hospital and could not call to or from the apartment. Please consider obtaining a telefone for the apartment.

No staff came during check-out. A cleaning person came to the apartment as we departed and left the keys in the apartment.

The air condition is somewhat misleading as you should state it is a portable unit and there is only one availble for one room.
