Marcello was extremely helpful throughout our stay and the hotel was as described. We would definitely recommend the hotel - clean and quiet.

Good location away from St. Mark's Square, which we preferred. It is a comfortable 10 minute walk. We liked staying here because it was away from all of the noise and traffic at SMS.

If yu are arriving by water bus from the airport you do not want to be carrying too much as it is quite a hike from St Marks.

Few Venetian hotel rooms can be described as spacious, but in this price range the room was adequate for a short stay. It was sumptuously fitted and the bathroom was a miracle of design.

A tiny but friendly hotel in an ideal location for those wishing to explore the centre of Venice. Easy access to waterbuses. Excellent local restaurants.

The whirlpool did not function at all.
We were only there for 3 days so
I did not complain to the management.

Very small room and not warm enough at the first night, but the next day hotel provided another room which was much better quality and we were all satistied. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly.

A lovely breakfast is provided in a small courtyard looking onto the Piazza San Stefano. It provides a lovely view onto the Piazza but is protected by potted plants. It is a very nice spot.
