• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: any time (rooms are ready around 11:30 a.m.)
  Check-out: before 10:30 am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is always per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included. Coffee, tea, cappuccino, expresso and juice.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you want to.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors and no elevator(lift).
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are very romantic and quiet but specially the rooms with canal view.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We provide them.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, there are no terraces but from the rooms you can enjoy beautiful views.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, there are no balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there are non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No, there is not TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is no air conditioning but we do have ceiling fans.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking GARAGE SAN MARCO in piazzale Roma has a Discount.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Piazzale Roma.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Marco Polo at TESSERA (Ve).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Only pubblic boat line from "Zattere".
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Lucia in Ferrovia Venice.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  5 Minutes or 15 minutes from Saint Marco area.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  Zattere boat stop and only 5 minutes.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  Private taxi boats come to the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, not for the moment.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but in the corner you can find a good restaurant: "Trattoria San Trovaso".
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you cannot.
