  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per room, per night, including buffet breakfast, all taxes and service.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Yes, buffet breakfast.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    No, we have to wait until check out day for settlement, check - out can be done at any time.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English, German, Spanish and French.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    The hotel has 4 floors and 3 elevators.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Yes.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    There's only one room at the fourth floor with the solarium terrace on the same floor.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    We have 2 rooms with a balcony and other two with a small one.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Yes. No extra charge and seasonal of course.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    We're working on it. Anyway all rooms have pc plug.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, but in Lido there is a municipal swimming pool.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    No, but we have an agreement with "Garage S. Marco" and we are able to give you discount.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    Our guests can arrange a car rental with our concierge.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Airport is 1 hours by shuttle boat and 30 minutes by taxi boat.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    Yes. This service can be arranged with the concierge.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Railway station is at 40 minutes by Vaporetto and 20 by taxi boat.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
    Gondola station is at 3 minutes walk, we can also call a gondola directly in the hotel.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
    The nearest vaporetto station is at just 250 meters from us. Threfore we're easily reachable by a short walk.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
    Taxi can reach us directly as we have a water entrance on the back of the hotel.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, but we offer our guests a coupon for a free entrance to a gym in the neighbourhood.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Yes. Always very welcome. They're just not admitted in the restaurant room.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    Yes " La Caravella " which is one of the best in town.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes.
