• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is for the bedroom per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes.American Buffet Breakfast is complimentary.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish, German and Dutch.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  4 floors and there is an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes all rooms are quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only some junior suites with the view have balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes. Direct dial telephone and colour satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There is telephone in the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes there is air conditioning. No extra charge. From May to October, it depends on the weather.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Venice Airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  About 30 minutes by water taxi.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can organize private transfer with escort.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  About 25 minutes by waterbus or private watertaxi.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  We have one just in front.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The nearest Vaporetto stop is not far more than 20 meters.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  We have one just in front.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Some junior suites have Jacuzzi. No fitness center.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only very small.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, Ristorante "Principessa".
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  You can use the computer in the same line/plug of the telephone.
