  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental breakfast included, served in the Hotel Monaco Terrace and Restaurant Gran Canal.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, only on departure
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German, Spanish, Russian and Italian, of course!
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors with elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Most of the rooms are quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a B&O television with international channels in each room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is individually controlled and free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do, at Hotel Monaco & Gran Canal (50 meters far from us).
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask the concierge desk.

  Marco Polo Airport (10 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.

  Not at Palazzo Salvadego but at Hotel Monaco & Gran Canal (sister hotel located 50 meters far from us).
