• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday until 5pm, Check Out before 10am. The reception is open from 08:30 hours to 17:00 hours. It is necessary communicate the exact time of arrival. Check-in after 17:00 hours are possible if previously organized. Any delays should be announced in time. Delays not announced will not be expected and will be equally charged the first night. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, buffet breakfast is not included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can. Given that there is no 24-hours reception service we ask our guests to pay on arrival or the day before the departure if they leave very early.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak Italian and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 5 floors but Palazzo Soderini can be found only on the ground floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are quiet, romantic and minimal chic!
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is individually controlled and there is no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not but we offer in-room wireless connection.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, sorry, we are in Venice and you can park only at Tronchetto or Piazzale Roma parkings.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Marco Polo airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Venice Marco Polo airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Venice S.Lucia railway station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The nearest Gondula Statuion is in St.Mark's Square.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The nearest "Vaporetto" station is Arsenale (lines 1, 41 and 42).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  The nearest Water Taxi station is in St.Mark's Square.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
