THank you - we were delighted with all aspects of the Hotel. It was exactly as represented on the Net and we plan to stay there again, whenever we return to Venice.

Again, the arrival was exactly as expected - there were no problems and the Reception staff were extremely helpful.

We had one slight problem with the plumbing in the Bidet - but otherwise, all facilities were excellent.

Everything was exactly as expected and as shown on the Website - it is a quick and convenient way to book accom. and the rates are very good.

A wonderful experience - great location with a really great view - all facilities were excellent and I will be recommending the Hotel to any friends who want to stay in Venice. COmpared to other hotels in Venice that we have stayed in before, this Hotel was far superior, especially for value for money.

Disappointed that we had to carry our luggage across to the other building - would have been nice if there had been a trolly to load it on!

The rooms were not too great - second bed was very poor. Shower was very small and the room and mini-bar did not seem to get cleaned properly.

The accommodation was definitely very poor value for money. Rooms were average, breakfast was too limited and in a corridor rather than in a breakfast room.

I would NOT recommend it. Over-priced and poorly maintained.

Very charming hotel, decorated in Venetian Style. Bed Matress was a little too hard and uncomfortable. Otherwise, all was well. Appreciated breakfast delivered to room in am.

It was a charming hotel and we enjoyed our stay very much. One suggestion for the hotel is to reduce the wattage or glare of the lights in the suites. The coffee was great in the mornings. Everything was clean and attractive. One assumes the hotel is at the Bridge of Sighs, because of its name. That should be clarified, because it's hard to find or describe to others to find.

had to ask when we got to the bridge/area not easy to find

thought they were mean to put choice of food snacks and drinks in the roomand charge for them nothing complimentary
room over a noisy street was expecting a balcony over the canal

Very expensive noisy over a busy street with lots of restaurants but great position uncomfortable beds nice touches in bathroom ie robes and slippers but shower dodgy and jacuissi didn't work. Breakfast in room and a woman knocks to be let in embarrassing when in bed. Room great but view rubbish expected a balcony over the canal for the price

Italian addresses give the Area of the City and a number that means nothing to tourists.
We found the hotel more by luck rather than design.
