• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday until 8pm, Check Out before 10.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, we serve fresh-baked croissants, bread-rolls, butter, jam, fruit juice, tea, coffee or hot chocolate.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, French, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are three floors.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All of them.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  They are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes. It's free of charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but there is one near.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, the nearest one is at Piazzale Roma, where you can take a public water-bus (n. 52).
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Piazzale Roma.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Marco Polo International Airport is the nearest one; there is a waterbus-service.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  S.Lucia Railway Station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  It is not far.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The nearest is "Ospedale Civile SS. Giovanni e Paolo", "Rialto" or "San Zaccaria".
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  The nearest Water taxi Speed Boat Station is at the Railway Station, at Piazzale Roma, Rialto Bridge, San Marco. A private taxi can take the guests near the Locanda, in Campo SS.Giovanni e Paolo.
  
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
