• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The daily price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast is included and we serve a continental buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors and there isn't any lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, we have 3 double quiet Romantic suites, with 4-poster canopy bed.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, we have a nice superior room with terrace on the garden side.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, we have a nice superior room with balcony on the garden side.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, lot of our rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes. All rooms have TV color with 4 Satellite channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all rooms have direct dialling telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, all our rooms have seasonal air conditioning included in the room rate.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we offer ours for quickly accesses.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there are the municipal swimming pools,.
• Is parking or garage available?
  If you'll get Venice By Car, put it on Ferry-Boat and Parking free of Charge in our Garden.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Venice Airport or at Piazzale Roma.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Marco Polo Airport, about 1 hour by boat.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  There' s a direct boat shuttle from/to Lido every 30 minutes.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Venice Santa Lucia , about 40 minutes by boat.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  There are many Gondola Stations all around Venice
  The nearest is in St. Mark's Square, 10 minutes by boat.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  Lido, S.Maria Elisabetta Station about 1km. 3 bus stops line A/B or C starting on the right side(direction Alberoni).

  No, but there's one nearby.

  We accept only small pets.
