the steps were long after walking all over Venice, the staff was absolutely awesome, almost too nice. I think I offended them with diplomacy.
It was our favorite bedding. The room was much smaller than featured on the internet, however, at 6 am when we were awakened from their freshly baking crossants, and their cordiality, their helpful cost efficient advice for site seeing, I will totally recommend to everyone who goes to Venice to stay there. We went 4 places after that and none compared. Our most favorable pensione, thank you, grazie.

Room was small, steps were long, personality of the staff wonderful, breakfast wonderful, help with maps and getting around very helpful. Our favorit place of all in Italy.

Oh yes, you should emphasize the fresh breakfasts, the staff that is almost too sumbmissive. You should have more recommodations of local restaaurants, but other than that, the help was very homey. We loved it and will recommend it to all.

It was very late, dark, cold.....it would have been nice if the receptionist had smiled a little to welcome us ,we were cold and shattered by our long journey from Treviso. She was more friendly subsequently.

Hot drink facility in the room was expected but not available,
some fixtures and fittings were in need of repair, otherwise it was good, i would use it again, I would recommend it to a friend.

It would be helpful to have know actual distance to hotel from boat dock as we thought three bus stops closer than it was.

The room was small but comfortable. The shower stall was very tiny with hardly any room to turn. Water got on the floor but a floor mat helped.
The staff was very helpful in giving us directions and information.
The location was great as you could walk to town, if you chose.
We loved the town!

Friendly family run B&B with comfortabe rooms. A little bit far out on the Lido but in a way a welcome break from the hustle & bustle of main Venice.

Nichole was polite and spoke English. She explained very clearly about our two nights in one room and changing to another room for the third night.

To get to most rooms you have to climb steps - no elevator. This was hard for my husband who has ankle problems. The romatic suite is on the third floor(forth floor for Americans)

We both had a very enjoyable stay at Villa Stella .All the staff were very friendly and helpfull .The location of the hotel was excellent, only being a 15 minute walk to the town centre and ferry port .We really enjoyed the substantial breakfast sat in the garden every morning , and we do hope to return again in the future .

Maybe the fact that it is situated on the main road should be included on the website .Although the road was quite quiet in June, it may be a lot busier/noisier in July/August .

We had a wonderfull time ! The owner is lovely and she gave us all directions and what to do as soon as we arrived in the hotel. She was really kind given us an upgrade because it was my birthday! You can recomend this hotel for sure Thank you

We arrived late because of a missed flight, no fault of ours, the receptionist did not speak English very well - I did not speak Italian. Our room we thought was on the second floor was on the fifth. Being tired and climbing up all those stairs with luggage wasn't fun. I wouldn't want to do that again. The place was very cute, very clean, and the breakfast was good. The staff could have been more friendly.
