• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Our rates are per room, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Included in the B&B rates.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Japanese.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The main hotel is on the third floor, but we have one room at the ground floor. There is no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are quiet and very romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they have not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  All rooms have large windows but no balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are non-smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have satellite Tv with the main international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Telephone with direct dialling is in all rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, heating and air conditioning are free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have internet point for clients' use.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is no swimming pool at the hotel but there is a public one in town.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parkings and garages in Piazzale Roma or Tronchetto area.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Piazzale Roma you can find the most important ren-a-car companies.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The airport of Venice is called MARCO POLO and its airport code is VCE.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Not yet.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The railway station of Venice is called Santa Lucia.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The nearest Gondola point is in Rialto, just across the Rialto bridge.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The nearest vaporetto is San Silvestro, only 2 minutes walking distance. The main vaporetto stop in Rialto is at only 5 minutes walking distance.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  The private water taxi can pick-up/drop-off directly in front of the hotel. We will be happy to organise this service for you.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Pets are very welcomed but they must be properly trained and they must not disturb the other guests.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Not in the hotel, but our restaurant is 5 minutes walking distance, between Rialto and San Mark's square. We will be happy to book for lunch or dinner.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Not yet.
