• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, our continental breakfast is included in the price.
  Possibility of in-room service at no extra charge.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  The personnel speaks English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  In the building there are 4 floors but we are located only on the second one.There is no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all rooms are quiet and romantic, as well.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Only one of our superior room has a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only one of our superior room has a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all rooms are provided with Lcd Sat/tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all rooms are provided with cordless phone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is. No extra charge for this service.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No,we do not because our guests can surf the Internet with fast ADSL connection directly from their own rooms.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not, but the public swimming pool of Campo S.Alvise is not too far from the property.
  (it is open during summer months).
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, its is. We have an agreement with a parking.(20% less period November-March and 10% April-October).
• Where can we rent a car?
  Please ask the reception.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Venezia Marco Polo (4 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do. It costs about 80 Euro.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Venezia S.Lucia.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The nearest Gondula station is in Saint Mark's Square (50 metres away).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The nearest Vaporetto station is Vallaresso.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  The nearest water taxi speedboats station is in Saint Mark's square. (40 metres).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not but we have special deals with the most famous restaurants of Venice.
  
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can surf the Internet from your own room with your laptop.We are provided with fast ADSL Internet connection.
  This service is provided at no extra cost.
