 The apartment is located on the ground floor, which makes your stay easier. As you enter you have a spacious living and dining room with two marble windows facing directly on the Grand Canal. The kitchen is built inside an old cabinet and has a fridge, a freezer, the dishwasher, a microwave oven and a four gas hobs. |
 The two bedrooms have a nice double bed, two night tables with reading lamps, wardrobe and chairs. All major comforts are included, such as air conditioning, heating, TV, Hi-Fi, washing machine and iron.

| The apartment is perfectly located in the very heart of Venice. All the major and well known sights in the town, such as the "Accademia", the Peggy Guggenheim museum, the Frari church, the Fenice theatre or Doge's palace can be easily reached within 10 minutes walk or by "Vaporetto". The commercial area of Rialto, with its fish and vegetable market and shops is a few blocks away. Quite unique in the town, a public "gondola" will bring you across the Grand Canal to San Marco for a "Bellini" aperitif at the famous Harry's bar. The "vaporetto" stop of San Tomà-Frari is right by the palace. One step out the door you find local restaurants, "trattorias", good wineries "enoteca", and local shops. You will have the possibility to taste the local cuisine with its famous and good dishes. In the many boutiques and shops, you find always something interesting to buy during your stay in the town. |
