  The apartment is located on the ground floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The bedrooms are really quiet and charming.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Bed linen and bath towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not have.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The apartment have two wide ancient marble windows facing the Grand Canal.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  The apartment is non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is the television.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning is included.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not have.

  No, there is not.

  No, it is not available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at the Venice airport, at the car terminal of Piazzale Roma or at Venezia-Mestre railway station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Venice Marco Polo airport at 13 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not have, but from the airport you can directely reach the Palace by water taxi.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Venice Santa Lucia.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The public Gondula Station is by the Palace.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The nearest Vaporetto stop, San Tomà-Frari, is by the Palace.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  Water taxi can drop you of directely at the door of the Palace.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not at the moment.
