• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  2 floors and no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Only in three rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We have just no smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Each room has air conditioning. It is seasonal and no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is a private swimmingpool nearby.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a public parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Piazzale Roma.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  25 min by private taxi boat.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The railway station is at 1 km from the hotel.
