In caso di cancellazione oltre i termini verrą trattenuta la prima notte mentre in caso di no show l'intero soggiorno. In case of cancellation later than 3 days before check in date we will charge one night. In case of no show we will charge the whole stay. For NOT REFUNDABLE rooms the entire amount of the stay will be charged on your credit card at reservation time.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 72 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
