• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room, per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Our Continental breakfast is served from 8 am to 10 am and it is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, but we prefer if you pay on departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian, of course!
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors and no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are very quiet as the area is a very peaceful one.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do and we prefer non smoker guests.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Sat/v with Lcd screen in each of our rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is seasonal and it is free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, there is not. You can park in Piazzale Roma.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the airport.

  Venezia Marco Polo.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
