• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in is at 13:00
  Check-out: 11:00
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per room and per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included. We offer bread and croissants with chocolate or jam, a variety of biscuits, cakes, cereals, seasonal fruit, yogurt, philadelphia cheese, jam and marmalade, milk, orange juice, tropical juice and all sorts of hot drinks.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you want.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, French, German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors and no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All of them, this is a 15th Century palace with a quiet location and very romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Only 2 of our rooms are equipped with terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, there are no balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, all our rooms are smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, Satellite TV in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct dialling telephone in all rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  From 01 June - 30 September air conditioning is provided in all rooms at no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but there is an internet cafe 100 metres from hotel.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, there is not but we have agreements with a pay park.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the Piazzale Roma Car Terminal you can rent a car.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Marco Polo.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not have this service.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Lucia.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The nearest Gondola Station is Santa Maria del Giglio and is located 100 metres away.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  Santa Maria del Giglio boat station is 100 metres from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  Santa Maria del Giglio.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small pets under 5km only.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is no restaurant.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, but there is an internet cafe 100 metres away.
