• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 02.00 pm.
  Check-out: before midday.
  On request according to avalability these times may be adjusted to your needs.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  All pirces per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  All Rooms and Suites have a small kitchenette fully equipped and serviced daily, with all the necessary for a self-made rich continental breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  On The bill will be settled upon checking out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak english, german, french and spanish
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  3 Floors with elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our Suites are very quiet and romantic. Privacy is a must at "All Suite Torre dell' Orologio".
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, Satellite TV with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  More than one telephone with direct dialing in each suite.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All Suites have air conditioning at no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Not in the Hotel, on request we can arrange for a Garage in Piazzale Roma (Car Terminal)
• Where can we rent a car?
  Our Concierge will be happy to assist you.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Marco Polo Airport, 30 Minutes with private watertaxi, or 75 minutes with local trasport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  On request we can arrange private Water Taxi pick-up from the airport.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Lucia, 30 Minutes.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  There are several Gondola Stations close to our structure, we can arrange for for pick up in front of our Hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The nearst "Vaporetto" Station is only 5 minutes away, in St. Mark's Square, or the Rialto bridge stop only minutes away.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  Water Taxi staion is located in St. Mark's square.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  In the property we do not have a restaurant. However we do manage a small restaurant only 5 minutes away and a second top class restaurant "La Colomba", one of the best restaurants in Venice.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
