This was a real find....I couldn't imagine a better accomodation for us and will definitely recommend it to our friends

The location in a non-touristy part of town was very restful for us....plus, the 15-20 minute connection to touristy Venice was just right--grocery stores also adequate.

Restful, moderately-priced, beautifully cared for and appointed, non-touristy (guests were generally quiet, European types---touring, rather than tourists!)
You must try it!

Convenient to a boat bus, away from main canal so nice and quiet. We were very satisfied with the hotel and staff overall.
