• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, a rich continental buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak Italian, English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The house has 3 floors but the guestrooms are situated only on the first one. There is no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our room are quiet, private and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Our rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a colour/TV in all our rooms but without International channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All the rooms have air conditioning without extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  You can dine in the breakfast room only at breakfast time.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is a swimming pool in Giudecca Island. It can be reached in 5 minutes by Vaporetto and it is open everyday all year round.
• Is parking or garage available?
  You can park your car in Piazzale Roma.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Piazzale Roma or at the airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Marco Polo.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Lucia railway station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The Gondola Station is near Accademia Bridge, two minutes walking distance from our B&B.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  Close to our B&B there are many Vaporetto stations: Zattere, Accademia and Ca' Rezzonico. Zattere station is the nearest one.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  The Water Taxi Speedboats station is near the property. Ask the owners to call it.
  
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, sorry.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can. Even if the rooms are not provided with telephones our guests find Internet plugs to surf the Internet through their own laptop.
