• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental breakfast is included in price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish, French, Polish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  2 floors, no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The rooms are very quiet and romantic. The view is breathtaking.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The balcony directly facing on the Grand Canal.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, but we have big windows on the Grand Canal.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  TV on the request.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Wi-Fi telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes and is inlcuded in price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, very comfortable dinning room for 12 pax.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Wi-Fi connectin 24h.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Airport or Bus Station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Venice Airport Marco Polo.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, on request our water-taxi.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Venice Santa Lucia.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  Just in the front of us, but on the request we have our private pick up place just in water gate of our palace.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  Accademia, just opposite side of Grand Canal.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  In our water gate.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  All rooms have a WIFI connection.
