• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 5pm until 8pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not included in the price. We offer self-catering apartments.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can settle the bill on arrival by cash only.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors, our apartments are on the 2nd (Tao apartments) and on the 3rd (Suite apartment).
  There is not a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our apartments are very quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Lcd TV with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is free of charge and individually controlled.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is a lounge in each apartment.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not but there is an Internet point nearby.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Venezia S.Lucia railway station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Venezia Marco Polo/Tessera airport (12 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.

  Venezia S.Lucia railway station (2 km).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The nearest Gondula station is S.Sivestro (2 minutes walking distance).

  No, sorry.

  No, there is not.
