• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No breakfast is not included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes heating is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes you may settle the bill on arrival under the payment conditions.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Italian, French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Apartment Elegant and terrace are on second floor without lift.
  Apartament Cà D'oro is at the third and last floor without a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are romantic and quiet rooms in apartaments Elegant and Cà D'oro.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are included in the apartments.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Apartment Terrace has a typical Venetian terrace over the roof"Altana".
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No the apartments are no balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All of the apartments are no smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There are normal televisions in all of the apartments, no satellite, apartaments terrace and Elegant has a Video and Dvd players.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There are no phones in the apartments.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Airconditioning is available in apartments Terrace and Elegant, not a Cà D'oro.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  All of the three apartments have a dining table to accomodate up to 5 guests.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Not yet but we are working on internet connection for apartments Terrace and Elegant.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No there is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No there is no parking available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You may rent a car at Piazzale Roma or in Airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Marco Polo airport is a 20 minutes drive from Venezia.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We may organize a pickup service with hostess and water taxi.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Lucia Venezia is the nearest railway station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  For apartments Terrace and Elegant it is a 10 minutes walk(Chiesa della Salute), Cà D'oro is a 5 minutes walk from Rialto bridge.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  All are only at three minutes. Accademia for apartment Elegant and Terrace - Cà D'oro for Apartment Cà D'oro.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  For apartments Terrace and Elegant it is a 10 minutes wal(Chiesa della Salute), Cà D'oro is a 5 minutes walk from Rialto bridge.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No there is no fitness center.
• Are pets welcome?
  No pets are not welcomed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No there is no restaurant inside the property.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No you cannot connect your modem from the rooms.
