Very cheap appartment, close to the city
center and very near of a vaporetto stop.
The appartment was clean but is better to
bring your own bed linen. Charming.

My brother in law who is Italian rang for directions - otjerwise we would have been very confused

The room was very cold and we could not use the hot plate because it fused all the lights

we did not see anybody, we just shut the door behind ourselves

location was lovely, it was in local residential area quiet but with supermarket, baker etc very close by.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé le quartier et l'appartement. L'accueil de Gianfranco était très sympathique et son aide durant le séjour efficace .

The gentleman was very friendly and helpful. He asked if we wanted additional information about Rome and provided a map and some helpful info about places to visit, how to get there, transportation back to the airport, offered his business card if we needed anything, etc. It was greatly appreciated.

We were told there were two balconies and there was only one.
The address on the voucher was different from the actual address however the actual address was confirmed in subsequent emails.
We requested accomodation for five and when we arrived we were given two apartments. The larger of the two would have been more than sufficient for the five of us and if it would have been available at a reduced price it would have been nice.
Minor issues that did not affect our overall satisfaction much. This is however a survey asking for feedback! We are pleased with the accomodation and the service we received.

There was no formal checkout since we paid up front. We left the keys inside and left for the airport.

Would definately recommend it to friends. It was spacious, clean and quiet.

There are lots of great things about this apartment and if you're not fussy you can enjoy a nice place with lots of character at a good price!
Apartment was pretty and cosy, fairly clean and located near a lovely little square (with supermarket for budget visitors). Good location close to waterbus stop, on main route, close to Rialto and easy access to central areas. Quiet area with a little view onto a side canal- no gondolas but plenty of small boats going past.
A few minuses were: Air conditioning did not work and its cold in winter. Bed was fold out couch - very springy but easy to pack away. Hot water heater is tempramental. Tricky to cook on two ring electric countertop cooker (although microwave supplied). Electricity switch tripped a lot.

Overall, we had a great time and some of the blackouts made the best memories!

We reduced the price 10% because of the works just before our windows from 7:00 to 4:00 - it was very loud: no chance to sleep. The kitchen was no very clear, the pan not to use, only 1 big an 1 small towel p.P. and only 1 bedcheet for 2 persons.

It would be good to mention that the canal is like a big street and sometimes really loud. Good for people who gets up early.

WE DON'T HAVE INVOICE OR RECEIPT, THE SINGLE OWNER SIGNED THE PAPER WITH THE INTERNET'S RESERVE THAT WE PRINTED.

Excellent directions to meet the property owner. He was punctual. Beautiful accomodations.

Comfortable bed. Large funtional kitchen. Large bathroom. A place to hang your clothes with hangers. A place to hang your clothes to dry. Close to the grocery store and a very good bakery.
Property manager was very thoughtful. Our place was supplied for us even more than expected. After that he just left us alone. There were no problems to contact him during our stay.

The stove was broken and I told the owner about this, he promised to fix it at that day (that was my second day), but until last day of my stay (5 days), no one came to fix it.
The owner didin't care about that, very bad...

The water heater has small capacity, one should not use too much during bath, otherwise he'll get cold water during bath.
The bed couch is not comfortable.

This is though the chepaest apartment you can get for 2 persons in good location in venice, but if you could (and would) spend more money, better look for other appartment or hotel, especially if you visit venice in winter. In summer, it should not a problem, if you don't need to cook.
I will not recommend you to this appartment
