- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 8pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
Prices are per apartment and per person depending on the length of the stay. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
No, there is no breakfast, the apartments are self catering. - Is heating included in the price?
Yes, heating is included. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, if you want. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English and Italian. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are no elevators in venice. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes, the areas are very quiet. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Yes, we provide them. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?

Frari apartment has a little terrace. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No, there are no balconies. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
All our apartments are no smoking. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
In all the apartments there is a TV. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
No but there are near many internet cafes nearby. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
