• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, buffet breakfast is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Upon departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The Westin Excelsior has 7 floors and 2 elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some rooms have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, non smoking rooms will be assigned upon request and availability.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?

• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?

• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, air conditioning in all rooms (no extra charge), during summer season.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, business center is available on property.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, the hotel dispone of an outdoor swimming pool, open from May to September (weather permitting).
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking facilities on property.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Please refer to our Concierge.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Venice Marco Polo Airport at 12 km from the hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Shuttle service is available by advance arrangements through Hotel Concierge Desk or by applying upon arrival to Starwood Hospitality Desk in the arrival hall. The service is at scheduled times and includes minibus from airport arrival hall to boat pier (700 mt distance) and shuttle boat to the Hotel. Travel time is approx 1 hour. Charge directly on Hotel bill. Private/assisted transfer may be organized by advance reservation through our Hotel Concierge Desk.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Venice Santa Lucia Railway station: about half hour by boat.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  In St. Mark's Square.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  Santa Maria Elisabetta "Vaporetto" station, 5 minutes walking.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  Santa Maria Elisabetta, 5 minutes walking. Hotel dispone of a private pier, where taxis may pick-up guests.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, the Hotel dispone of a Gym.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small size pets are welcomed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Three restaurants and three bars; in elegant surroundings or by the beach, an always exquisite atmosphere.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
