From Venice Santa Lucia main train station or from Piazzale Roma , take line 41 of vaporetto boats to La Certosa island.
When you get on board please ask to get off at La Certosa , since the stop is on request. The stop before La Certosa is Sant'Elena . It takes 35 minutes to reach the island by vaporetto .
The public boat line serves the island from 6 a.m. to 8.55 p.m., but after 9 p.m. La Certosa is well connected to Venice by a free hotel boat service, operating all night long every 30 minutes. The number you have to call to ask for the service is 0039/320/6583454.
From Venice Marco Polo Airport, take the Alilaguna boat service until the Fondamenta Nuove stop and from there take the vaporetto line 42 to La Certosa (stop on request).
From Treviso Airport: take the ATVO bus to Piazzale Roma in Venice and then take vaporetto line 41 to La Certosa . | | |
