 San Marco Apartment
Located very close to Piazza San Marco, in the heart of town, between "Bacino Orseolo" and "Frezzeria", in one of the most prestigious neighbourhoods of Venice. The apartment is on the second floor and has been recently redecorated to a very high standard. There is a living room with sofa, table and chairs, cupboard, two foldaway single beds, TV and fireplace. The kitchenette is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, gas cooker, microwave oven, vacuum and iron. The bathroom has a spacious cubicle shower. The double bedroom has a king size bed with bedside tables, a chest of drawers, large mirror and armchair. There is a second single bedroom with single bed and a second foldaway single bed, bedside table lamp, chair, and large mirror. There is also a handy storeroom with extra space to store clothes. The apartment is air conditioned in the summer and has independently controlled heating in the winter months. |

An elegant, 60 squared-meter apartment, located on the first floor (second floor American) in the Santa Croce neighbourhood. Sant'Agostin is close to both the Santa Lucia train station and Piazzale Roma bus station. The apartment is a 10 minute walk from the San Stae water boat stop and the gothic Frari Church. Recently restored, Sant'Agostin is elegantly and comfortably furnished, creating a relaxing environment. This apartment, situated on the first floor (second floor American) of the building, is located only two minutes from Campo S.S. Apostoli and its famous 16th century church notable for Tiepolo's famous masterpiece "The Communion of Santa Lucia". With just a few minutes' walk you can reach the Rialto Bridge and its picturesque market. In the other direction you arrive at Cą D'Oro, one of the most famous palace's in Venice, which is home to the Giorgio Franchetti Gallery. This apartment is ideal for a family, furnished simply yet comfortably. Santi Apostoli offers a fully-equipped eat-in kitchen, a large master bedroom, a living room with two sofas, one of which is a sofa-bed, a bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and washing machine. The area is full of shops and stores and within a 5 minutes walk from the apartment you can find: bakeries, gourmet stores, supermarkets, greengrocers, butcher shops, cafes, and pharmacies as well as many typical Venetian "osterie" where you can taste the famous "cicchetti" (similar to tapas). |

Built in newgothic style by the german architect Ernst Wullekopf, the molino Stucky is one of the most famous and imposing industrial architectures of the city, realised between 19th and 20th century. The apartment is on the third floor of a 16th century buiding called "CastelForte". It forms a part of the San Rocco complex, which is famous for the works of Tintoretto. It is near the Gothic Basilica of the Frari and "Campo S.Margherita", one of the livelier and more colourful Venetian areas, with shops and market stalls. It is a sunny and welcoming loft apartment with a spectacular view of the city rooftops. There is kitchen with microwave, sitting room with a single sofa bed and a folding bed, TV, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Sleeps 2-4 people. There is a dehumidifier and independent heating. |
 S. Aponal Apartment
S. Aponal apartment is a charming and romantic house, very centrally located (Rialto) in quiet and convenient areas, just few steps from Rialto market; well connected to public transport, you can reach easily the flat by foot from all mayor points of interest. This apartment is located in the Central Cannaregio District,just near of the Ca D'Oro Museum, one of the most important building Museum in Venice and one of the most fascinating area in the entire Venice. You'll stay in the real centre of Venice close the famous Rialto bridge. The quarter is located in a peaceful yet central location. The apartment is completely refurbished, elegantly furnished and equipped with all you need for your holiday in Venice. The apartment is located really close to Grand Canal Boat Stop named Ca D'Oro (5 minutes on foot far from Rialto; 15 to Saint Mark's square) from there you can easily reach every part of Venice and Venetian Islands: Murano, Burano and Torcello. All the rooms are very bright as lighted up by several windows. The apartment has got a private entrance on the ground floor that leads to the 1st floor where we find the living room with sofa and TV, kitchen and bathroom with tub. On the 2nd floor there are two double bedrooms and another bathroom with shower and washing machine. The apartment is composed of 2 double bedroom - 2 bathrooms - equipped kitchen - living room - internal wooden stairs.
