• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 7pm, Check Out before 11.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment, however the prices vary according to the number of people included in the reservation.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, French and Italian.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Up to 7 nights there is no charge for linens and towels. For stays more than 7 nights, or if you require a linen change within a shorter stay, the linen will be charged. We have also a personal cook or a baby sitter with an extra charge.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All apartments are non-smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is TV in each apartment.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning at no extra charge in San Marco Apartment. All other apartments have fans.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No.

• Which is the nearest airport?
  Venice airport is at 15 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Lucia railway station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?

• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
