  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    Prices are per room.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Included in the price: daily cleaning and restoring rooms, bed linen, bath towels, Italian Breakfast: coffee (espresso, moka and american), milk, chocolate, tea, brioches (marmelade, chocolate, empty), butter, marmelade, fruit juice, black and white bread, corn flakes, white and fruit yogourt.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Yes, heating is include in the price.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, you can settle the bill on arrival.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English, French, Spanish.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are 3 floors without elevator.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    All apartments are quiet and romantic.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    Yes, linens and towels are provided.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    The apartments have a terrace 360° view on the sea and overlooking on Venice.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    All the apartments has a balcony except of the "Comfort" (
    which is mansarded.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    All the apartments are non smokings.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    All the apartments has a TV, no Satellite in Dependance and Liberty.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    No, there is no telephone in the rooms.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Yes, there is air conditioning in each apartment.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    Yes, there is a common dining room.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    There is no Internet point but wifi access in some of the rooms.

  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is no swimming pool.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    No but parking is easy on the street level.Lido is a very safe island!
  • Where can we rent a car?
    You may rent a car at Venice-Piazzale Roma or at the airports.
  • Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
    Yes, grocery stores are at less than 1 km.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Venice Airport Marco Polo.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, we do not have a shuttle service.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Venice Santa Lucia is the nearest railway station.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
    Saint Mark's Square is at 20 minutes from Villa Gabriella.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
    There is a vaporetto stop at 1 km(15 minutes walking or 5 minutes by bus which stops in front the house.There are very easy connections!
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
    at 1 km - (15 minutes walking or 5 minutes by bus which stops in front the house: very easy connections!
  • How far away is the beach?
    Villa Gabriella is facing the beach! it is only 50 metres.
  • Is the beach private or public?
    There are both private and pubòic beach.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is no fitness center.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Yes, small pets are allowed.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, there is no restaurant in the property.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, there is a Wifi connection in the Comfort and The Suites.
